This designer resort captures the essence of Langham Place with innovation in design, amenities and technology. Designed by renowned Hawaiian American Architect, Clint Nagata of Bling Design Group, this resort embodies the natural landscape with its endless sea views and backdrop of forest clad hills. In association with the Ministry of Housing in Nairobi, Kenya and a US Developer a mixed development consisting of 973 residential units, retail, recreational and convenience was designed and approved by the Ministry of Housing under a private public partnership scheme. The development was purposely designed for the needs of civil servants in an ever increasing housing shortage in the region.

United Kingdom—Manchester—Clarion Hotel

This development uses existing concrete structure intended as an apartment building which ceased construction at the fourth floor level. The hotel design utilises the old frame to provide a 220 guestroom hotel behind a striking, colourful, sound reducing curved glass façade.
